Greer Gabor, LVT

LVT Team - Joined CAC October 2024

Greer was born & raised in Northern Virginia, but has worked with animals in Austin, TX; up & down the East Coast; and returned to the DMV area in 2021. She started cleaning cages in 2013 and worked her way up to a veterinary nurse for all sorts of different creatures including exotics, city pets, country pets, wildlife; secret service, military & police k9s & became a Licensed Veterinary Technician in 2022.

Qualifications:

● BA in Biology from Elon University 2018

● AAS Degree in Veterinary Technology from Cedar Valley College, an AAHA Accredited program 2022

● Fear Free Certified Elite Professional 2021

Greer cannot wait to meet your fur-babies and help care for them as her own personal besties for the day. She joined the CAC team in October 2024 to help give everybody’s pets the Fear Free experience that they deserve. In her free time she loves to dish on reality competition TV with friends, rehabilitating neonatal wildlife and just spending time with her pets, friends and nearby family. She rescued a young adult staffy-shar pei mix named Dakota (Koko) in 2021, and a young adult DSH named Pumkin (Pumpkin Nugget) in 2024. In pet heaven she has Cassie the 21-year-old beagle mix, Spanky the 3-legged Gerbil, and Todd the bearded dragon.
