Lou did an awesome job keeping Jasper happy and calm just by their presence it seemed, and the cuddles definitely help as well! Both Lou and Tyler E. showed us how to apply ear medicine, and explained it step by step, including noises to expect so we feel confident applying at home. Lou and Tyler E. will always be hero’s in Jasper’s book for the amazing ear relief their cleaning provided. As a human, it was an amazing experience. I especially enjoyed sharing stories with Lou and Tyler E. about our different cat experiences.
