When the results came in she called me right away, confirming a cancer diagnosis. She made recommendations on Oncologist to see, but also listened to my concerns about Chemo at 16. Prescriptions here are so easy to fill in office or on Chewy, and their online booking system is awesome. Italian greyhounds are weird, anxious little guys and the staff is always willing to bend over backwards to make them comfy. We are going to start seeing their vet behaviorist for some help with our reactive new little guy, and we know we will be in the best care! Receipts and post-visit instructions are always emailed and we usually always get phone calls after visits to see any add-on care is needed. Our poor pup has had diarrhea for two days despite being on a plain diet and when we called at 7:30 this morning they told us to first bring in a fecal sample. Of course he refused to poop all day. When he finally had bloody diarrhea 20 minutes before the vet closed I called and spoke to Jayde. She put me at ease (I was worried) she stayed there until I brought in the sample, explained the options to me and helped schedule me at an animal urgent care given some of the symptoms.
