Julianna "Jules" Fowler

Julianna “Jules” is originally from upstate New York but moved to the Northern Virginia area in 2024. She is currently pursuing her degree in human nursing and plans to work in pediatric emergency medicine after becoming a registered nurse. Julianna is interested in diagnostic imaging, emergency medicine, and exotics, and has a passion for Fear Free medicine. She especially enjoys working with nervous and fearful cats and dogs, helping build their trust and making their veterinary experience as positive and stress-free as possible. Her passion for Fear Free medicine led her to becoming an Elite Fear Free Certified individual, as well as a Cat Friendly Veterinary Professional!

In addition to Vet Med and Nursing, Julianna is passionate about wildlife photography, hiking, and playing volleyball. You can always find her hanging out with her Shepherd mix, Koda, and corn snake, Cheez It, in her free time!
