Associate Veterinarian – CAC South

Dr. Nicole Guzmán Veizaga was born in Bolivia and moved to the U.S. with her family at a very young age. She grew up in Northern Virginia. She received her Bachelor of Science from Washington Adventist University, after which she worked in the veterinary field for a few years before attending Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine, where she earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree.

Her professional interests include soft tissue surgery, emergency medicine, and preventive medicine. She is excited to be back in the DMV with her two dogs, Benjee and Mia, both of whom sparked her desire to pursue veterinary medicine. In her free time, Dr. Guzmán enjoys spending time with her family and friends, attending concerts, and staying active through yoga, pilates, and weightlifting.
